Registration
Welcome to Vae View Elementary School!
We are hosting kindergarten registration
on Friday, March 22nd from 2-4pm
- Complete the Student Registration Form
- Birth Certificate-Present school with original birth certificate. A copy will be made for our records.
- Immunization Record- Bring your record to be transcribed to the official school form. Utah School Immunization Record
- Proof of Residency Provide two proofs of residency (must be dated within the last 60 days).
- Guardianship Status Form- Will be asked to show valid I.D.
- Housing Information/McKinney-Vento
